Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery if one of the following is true:

  • You received an incorrect item (not what you ordered).

  • The product is incomplete (missing parts, accessories, or contents).

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and seals intact


2. Items Not Eligible

Exchanges or credit will not be granted under these conditions:

  • The item has been stitched, altered, or modified.

  • The item has been washed, dried, stained, or damaged after delivery.

  • Issues due to color fading, bleeding, or minor variations in texture or tone (these are not considered defects).

  • Products purchased from Sale / Discount sections — these are final sale.

  • Product add-ons (e.g. matching trousers, dupattas) not bought independently.


3. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us
    Within 7 days of receiving your order, reach out via 03337278606 (or your customer support channel) with your order number and issue.

  2. Return Shipping

    • For defective or wrong items, STOR will cover the shipping cost to send the corrected item.

    • For regular exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (to us and back).

  3. Send the Item
    Use a reliable courier, and package the item securely. We do not currently offer pickup services.


4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • We do not issue monetary refunds once an order is confirmed.

  • After receiving your returned item and confirming it meets eligibility, we will either:

    • Send you the requested exchange item

    • Issue store credit equal to the returned item’s value — usable anytime on AbdulQayoomAchar.com


5. Right to Refuse Returns or Exchanges

STOR reserves the right to reject any exchange or store credit request if:

  • The policy is misused

  • The item is returned in non-original condition, without tags, or packaging

  • The request is made after the 7-day window


6. Policy Changes & Agreement

This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
